Californian Food & Wine Week

For one week, you can live the Californian dream as the Pan Pacific Hotel has their chefs deliver many delicacies from California plus a wide slection of Californian wine will be available.

Some Californian dishes include Dry aged beef, California lamb, US Kobe beef, dabs, ling cod, oysters (Kumamoto, Humbldt Bay, Hog Island), Dungeoness crab, Penn Cove mussels paired with some of the more unusual ingredients such as strawberry papayas, hedgehog mushrooms, red firestix, cactus, tamarillo, palm, Aloe Vera, Kichurn Estate Goat Butter, Californian specialty cheeses, and Ghirardelli chocolates.

The festival starts on the 26th of March and continues on until the 31st of March.
