Foreigner threatens to burn down Central World and loot it (Uploaded again)

The fire at Central World was planned....by this guy? Since I posted this some things have been found out about this guy. His name is Jeff Savage and he is a known anarchist in the UK. ?I did not do any looting. I did not set fire to anything, but those who did are my brothers. I am not worthy of them,? said Savage.
