Red leaders will surrender and rally at Rajprasong to be broken up

Red leaders have just announced on main stage at Rajprasong intersection that they will surrender to police to spare more lives of protesters. They were booed out again by protesters, many of them in disbelief. They also announced to break up the rally at Rajprasong immediately to not have more killings happen.
